Removing the air that surrounds food inhibits growth of bacteria, mold and yeast, because these and other spoilage micro-organisms need oxygen to grow. Once moist air is removed and the pouch is sealed, oxygen levels continue to drop where carbon dioxide levels increase. The low oxygen, high carbon dioxide environment significantly reduces the growth of normal spoilage organisms, allowing longer shelf life.

Yes, mostly likely. The smallest vacuum sealer is the Jab and it weighs 160 lbs. Others require a jigger or fork lift to handle them. The weight of each equipment can be found in the specifications. This will help you plan for delivery.
Our materials are guaranteed for twelve (12) months from the date of
delivery, against all manufacturing faults or material defects. If the material is used day and night, the
guarantee is automatically reduced by half. The guarantee is limited to replacement or repair of defective part in
our own workshops. Exterior parts or
accessories carrying a brand name are not included in our guarantee in that
they are covered by the suppliers of such parts. Should they be returned to our plants, the
post and packaging will be paid by the shipper. Visits to the location where the material is installed will be charged
to the Buyer. This guarantee does not
apply to replacements or repairs resulting from normal use of the material,
deterioration of accidents from negligence, supervision or maintenance defects
outside our control.
Our guarantee becomes totally null and void if the customer makes
modifications or repairs to the materials without our consent.
Repair, modification or
replacement of parts during the period of guarantee will not prolong the length
of the guarantee.

We encourage you to perform annual maintenance on our equipment to extend its life. Our machines are built to last a lifetime, but like any mechanical equipment, it requires some care. The product has been damaged during transportation
Equipment can't be started
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us via the Contact Us Formto arrange return details.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please allow at least 5 business days to receive the funds after we send you the confirmation before contacting us again for the same inquiry.
Unless your return qualifies as per the above reasons, you are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. In this case, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Note that a 25% re-stocking fee may apply. In case an item is not returned in its original packaging and is damaged upon reception, the cost of repairing the equipment will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an inquiry via theContact Us Formso that we can coordinate the exchange process.
Once your return, refund or exchange has been approved by our team, we will give you shipping instructions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
